Inclusive Insurance

The Chinese Academy of Financial Inclusion (CAFI) focuses on the field of inclusive insurance and conducts systematic research on theoretical development, policy recommendations, and industry practices to advance the high-quality development of inclusive insurance. CAFI is committed to promoting the role of inclusive insurance in enhancing social protection, supporting rural revitalization, and fostering the development of micro and small enterprises.

In recent years, CAFI has published research outputs including Inclusive Insurance: Ready for Growth, conducting in-depth studies on key areas such as the definition and scope of inclusive insurance, market size estimation, product supply, consumer needs, and the development of a high-quality development indicator framework. These studies provide evidence-based insights and decision-making references for regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.

Meanwhile, through the China Inclusive Insurance Network (CIIN), CAFI brings together regulatory authorities, international organizations, insurance companies, universities, and research institutions to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration. CAFI continues to organize thematic discussions on topics including high-quality development indicator frameworks, inclusive insurance white papers, and insurance solutions for micro and small enterprises.

Through these efforts, CAFI continuously strengthens the influence of inclusive insurance research, promotes industry dialogue and international cooperation, and contributes its expertise as a think tank to the high-quality development of the inclusive insurance sector.
